SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY
Bright Eyes & Bushy Tails ships Monday – Friday to Ontario and Countrywide. Orders received by 3 PM are typically shipped the day they are received. Orders made online after Friday at 3 PM will ship the following Monday. However, please allow up to 24-48 hours for the processing of orders. We will happily ship to your home and/or office, but we are not able to ship to addresses that include PO Boxes.
Next day delivery available to Pembroke and Petawawa. Contact our store for more details.
Due to COVID-19 you may experience delayed shipping, but we try our best t meet customer satisfaction.
Express Shipping Options
Express shipping options are available including FedEx 2Day®. Orders must be submitted by 3:00 PM ET for express shipping. FedEx 2Day® costs will be determined at the checkout page. Weekend deliveries are not available.
Returns
For online orders, please contact customer service to help facilitate a return. Our customer service representatives can be reached Monday-Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM by phone at Bright Eyes & Bushy Tails (1-613-735-8268), or anytime through email at support@brighteyesbushytails.com. All returns must be made within 30 days of when you received your order. If you are returning a perishable item (e.g., food and/or treats), it must be in its original packaging to be eligible for return.
Returns will be refunded in the same form of payment the product was purchased.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to an error caused by Bright Eyes and Bushy Tails. Any merchandise that is in used condition and/or returned without the original packaging may be refused.
